We are a fair company and do not impose excessive terms and conditions,in our experience cheap companies impose such terms that you will almost certainly incur additional charges.
2) Final payment must be made in full one month before event date, if it is not then the booking may be cancelled.
3) On making the final payment a deposit of £100 may be added( only on the diy service) and will be returned within 7 days of the covers and sashes being returned.
4) Reasons for non-return or partial non -return of deposit.
i... covers returned with mildew on, covers with burns, covers torn, however, we do allow upto 10% of the order to come back in such a state without charge as we realise accidents do happen. Covers that cannot be re-used outside the 10% leeway will be charged at £10 each.
ii... Aborted collections due to covers not packaged correctly, or not ready for collection on agreed date will be charged at £15 per visit.
iii) if covers are not returned to us within 3 days of agreed collection date then an additional rental of £1 per day per cover will be charged, upto a maximum of 10 days when they will considered lost and therefore £10 per cover for replacement will be billed. An invoice will be raised for any amount due over the £100 deposit already paid.
5) If an order is not delivered ontime by our courier then you will receive a full refund within 7 days but we cannot be held liable for any additional losses due to failure of the courier.
6) If for any reason we fail to complete your order a full refund will be sent within 7 days but in all cases further compensation will not be given.
7) On diy orders it is your responsibility to ensure the covers fit, if on the day the venue has changed seats ect then a refund will not be due.
