THE PERFECT CON, ADVERTISE VERY LOW PRICES, ASK FOR FULL PAYMENT NOW VIA BACS AND DONT DELIVER, YOU CANNOT TRACE THEM AS THERE IS NO CONTACT ADDRESS, IF EVENTUALLY THEY GET FOUND, THEY CLOSE DOWN THE WEBSITE AND START AGAIN.MOST PEOPLE ARE NOW BOOKING FOR NEXT YEAR SO THEY CAN TAKE ALOT OF MONEY BEFORE BEING FOUND OUT, BEWARE OF SHEFFIELD. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM ANYONE ON THE INTERNET UNLESS THEY HAVE AN ADDRESS AND LANDLINE CONTACT NUMBER....WHEN THEY DONT DELIVER ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO TRACK THEM DOWN OR TAKE LEGAL ACTION.FOR LEGAL REASONS WE CANNOT NAME NAMES BUT THERE ARE ATLEAST 5 COMPANIES WE ARE AWARE OF THAT DO NOT DELIVER ON THE DAY....

We are an established company running from three shops and have been trading for over 25 years. You can visit us any time Monday - from 9am until 6.30pm and 10 am until 4pm sundays.During these hours we will always answer the phone and return most emails within 5 minutes.

TIP OF THE DAY

Go to google maps, type in the postcode of the company you are dealing with and see where they operate from, you may be surprised......

Our shop at 9 sutton Park Road, Seaford

Our shop at 44 High Street, Newhaven

Remember.....

Price is not the only consideration when making a purchase. The item has a monetary value, but so does the level of customer service you get, the speed with which you can have the item, not to mention the quality of the item itself. A speedy plumber is worth more than a slow one, a coat that lasts for two winters is worth more than one that wont make it to January and a guarantee that offers piece of mind is worth paying a premium above the monetary value of the goods or service being bought.

WARNING

There are alot of businesses taking customers money and then not delivering so please follow the following precautions.

1) Do they publish an address on their site and if they do check the postcode on google. You cannot take legal action without an address.

2) Do they have a landline, mobiles are easily got rid of and people keep them with themselves all the time , this can give the impression you are dealing with a genuine business when infact its more a hobby.

3)Are there plenty of pictures on their site showing work carried out.

4)Do not be blinded by cheap prices, a company has to make profits to ensure a good turnover of stock ( destroying inferior covers as they are used). We change 10% after every use to ensure the very best quality.Covers have to be laundered after every use and then ironed as do the sashes, this in itself costs approximately £1 per set, with replacement costs, fixed overheads ( rent/rates/electricity/insurance ect)vat and general taxes you can see why chair cover hire costs what it does. Most genuine chair cover companies offer other products to help keep costs down, in our case we offer a full balloon decorating service.

5)Please do not risk your wedding, pound for pound chair covers are a fantastic addition to your big day, what else could you get for £200.00 that offers such a fantastic impact ( price is for 100 covers and sashes on a diy basis on our special offers page)

6)Beware of buying chair covers from outside the eu, such as America or China, when your parcel arrives the courier will demand import taxes payable in full before they release the goods, you are not told this by the seller as they know you wont go ahead, the import taxes will almost certainly double youre cost, also,do not forget the seller always adds on the shipment costs at the end, this is also expensive due to the weight. Our advice, contact customs and excise to check on import duties. Finally, these are just our observations, we are aware of three companies that have gone bust this year, the last one being J& R Weddings of sheffield, google it. Thanks for reading this and even if you choose not to use us, have a great day. There are lots of other companies ripping people off, you need to do your homework, and by the way J & R are trading under a new name now, google chair covers sheffield...
